After breaking up with my
girlfriend of four years, I had absolutely no idea how to get a
girlfriend again.

Despite doing well with my management career and dressing stylishly when I went out, I could not get a new
girlfriend to save my life.
That sucked, big time!

Overcome
Learn how to overcome your fears surrounding women, so you can conquer this area of your life.
Some common fears and facts:
* FEAR: Fear of not knowing what to say when you approach a woman.
FACT: Women do want to be approached by you, if you can do it right.
* FEAR: Fear of being rejected in front of others.
FACT: People are more concerned about themselves. If a woman isn't interested in you when you approach, people around you don't care. They are more interested in what people think of them.
Getting a girlfriend - Is it really that hard?
* FEAR: Fear that beautiful women don't find you attractive.
FACT: What you might call 'ugly' guys are dating beautiful women in your local area. This is because women are more attracted to a man's personality and how he makes her feel than ANYTHING else about him.
Accept your physical body and focus on developing the things that women are most attracted to.

Get socially active
If you don’t have many friends at present, or if your friends are all in relationships, start joining clubs and after-work classes.
I've found new girlfriends in many places over the past few years. To name a few:
* Bars - the most common place to meet women and get a girlfriend. Bars are packed with women, so the odds of meeting one that you 'click' with are high.
* Clubs - not my favorite place to meet women, but if you're into dancing clubs are great.
* Hotel lounge bars - you don't have to be staying there to drink at the bar. Women who are staying at the hotel also use the bar...and their room is only an evelator ride away.
* If you want to get a girlfriend - get socially active! Cooking classes - you're often the only guy there.
* Massage classes - do I even need to say anything?
* Dance classes - an easy way to get to know plenty of women & make new male friends. It's also a great place for a second date with a woman by the way!
* Public lectures at universities - these are often advertised online. Check it out for subjects that you're interested in, then approach women before or after the lecture.
* Supermarket - most people are in 'stanger mode' when in a supermarket. But, trust me, use supermarket conversation starter found in my eBook The Flow and women will be glad that you approached.
* Through friends - this has to be the easiest way to get a girlfriend (by far). Women are more comfortable meeting someone through friends. A great way to manufacture a 'through friends' meet, is to hold a party at a house or a bar. Then start inviting all the women that you meet in bars. Get an e-mail list going and send all the women an invite.
* House parties - like taking candy from a child.
* Speed dating - good place to practice the skills and techniques you'll learn from this site. You may also get some dates in the process, which also may mean that you get a girlfriend!

Become more attractive to women
If you don't know how to demonstrate the personality traits and behaviors that women are attracted to, then you will most likely ALWAYS struggle to get a girlfriend.
The good news is that you CAN develop all of the following traits that women are attracted to. Once you do, you will be able to get a girlfriend with ease.
Work on being more:
* Confident
* Funny
* Of an alpha male
* Flirtatious
* Adventurous
* Of a 'challenge'
* Of an interesting conversationalist
* Stylish with your fashion sense
* Social and outgoing
* Charismatic
* Charming
